Retouching of slideshow images is included with your photography experience at jenniferalderphotography.  I thought it would be extra helpful, if I illustrated the stages images go through, as they transform from Straight Out Of The Camera (S.O.O.C.) to Proofs/Prints.

1st STEP – S.O.O.C: This is where your image begins, the second we press that clicky button on our cameras. Nobody actually sees the image in this stage, but this is where it all starts. Step 2:  crop, sharpen, color levels, brighten, retouching, selective saturation and a host of other possible effects .  Images can be converted to black and white, given artistic textures, antique coloring application or left a bit more natural.
