Month: June, 2010
Yesterday evening I met up with a couple of the cutest litte fairies around- Adrianna and Maya. I have worked with these children before and was super excited to see and photograph them again. Their white dresses and fluffy wings put into a nature setting really created a classic, beautiful combination. Good idea, Mom! LOVED working with these two!
Of course, I am still working on this batch but want you to have a look at some of what I am working on:
The extra sweet and precious, Adrianna-

And her beyond adorable little sister, Maya

Playing near the gardens and in the woods….

And taking a little walk, exploring together…. as Fairy sisters!

Thanks for your help with the last one, Grandma! Hope you enjoyed the little peek!
I am looking forward to a fun, fabulous month of July…. my birthday month! So, stay tuned for some new announcements next week- including a contest, some specials and a new Michigan workshop date!
Beautiful Baby (Northville, MI Newborn Photography)
June 29, 2010 Baby
Oh, I just LOVE newborn babies. Don’t you? Of course you do. LOL! I cannot even begin to tell you what a blessing it is to spend time photographing their first days of life. This little bundle of joy, Mia Rose, was not yet a week old when we worked together last week… and she was already PERFECT! Congrats, Mommy and Daddy, on your beautiful baby girl. Here are just a few from our fabulous session together:

And big sister, Hannah, is just as beautiful as ever! I photographed her as a newborn a couple of years ago and cannot believe just how quickly time goes by! Wow! I just had to sneak a shot of her in here, too:
Hope you enjoyed the little preview! There are lots more cute ones coming your way. Stay tuned!
Tomorrow I will be working with some adorable little fairies in the park. Keep your eye out for some artsy, fun, cute kiddos.
Fantasy Workshop Preview (MI, Workshop)
June 26, 2010 Lessons & Workshops
Ok, so every once in awhile I am surrounded by SO much creativity and FUN I can hardly stand it. Thursday was one of those days.
Ya see, on Thursday, I held a Fantasy themed workshop here in SE Michigan… and loved it. The team I had put together was nothing short of brilliant and the few photographers in attendance made the day even more special. I am still working on these images but just had to share a few with you all. Have a look!
Laurenda, our drop dead gorgeous ethereal fairy….

Jennifer, the stunning earthen pixie….

And, Kayla- the prettiest dark angel ever…

And just in case you didn’t think that working with the fairies was cool enough, we had a couple amazing mermaids hanging around
Super sexy, Chelsey….

And the insanely beautiful, Lynn….

If you follow me on Facebook, I have a couple dozen images in an album that you can look at. I will be adding more throughout the week. HUGE thanks to all who came out and participated. Stay tuned for more!

I am blessed. I love my job and my clients are the BEST. Seriously. Oh, and one of the really cool (unexpected) perks about being a photographer is that I get to see friends of mine from school days and meet their kiddos. What a treat! Not only do I get to create beautiful artwork, I also get to work with amazing people. My last session was with an adorable little boy named Julian, who just happens to be the son of an old classmate of mine. We met at a local park area on a beautiful sunny day last week. He was SO cute, well behaved and already has quite a personality. He is a people person for sure…. as he warmed up to me immediately and would shout out and smile to anyone who passed us by.
Have a look at some of our session together:

Per my request, Mom brought along this wonderful wooden horse from his nursery! Cute, huh?

And he is a generous soul! As you can see he always found the coolest things (like grass and pine cones) but couldn’t wait to give them to me…

And in return I just HAD to give him a little treat. hehee….

I hope you all enjoyed this brief peek into our time together. Rosita, there are MANY more in your private slideshow on my site. Enjoy them and keep in touch!!!
